Global energy recruiter, Spencer Ogden has fought off tough competition to be awarded with both the Best Oil & Gas Recruiter and Growth Company of the Year awards at the 2014 Recruitment International Asia awards.

The only company to walk away with more than one award on the night, Spencer Ogden’s success in Asia has gone from strength to strength since the launch of its Singapore office in January 2012. Quickly followed by the Hong Kong office in October 2012, the company has grown organically from 10 to 110 employees across three offices, with further plans for expansion in 2015.
