Exclusive Hotels and Venues, one of the most successful privately-owned hotel groups in the UK, is confident it is finding the very best talent thanks to support from revolutionary recruitment software platform, TribePad.

The hotels all have unique facilities including individually styled rooms and suites, an award-winning spa, falconry, and championship golf courses. The hotel group, which employs 650 permanent team members, also has nine onsite restaurants with a total of four Michelin stars and 19 AA Rosettes.
