Having started his career as a generalist, Rashaad moved into a specialist space of Learning and Talent for 15 years before moving back into a generalist role within Human Resources and now is the Head of People and Office Management for BB2 Trading as Nomo Fintech. We are the build side of Nomo which is offered under the banking license of BLME (Bank of London and The Middle East Plc) which is an independent UK Sharia’a compliant bank and is the largest Islamic bank in Europe.
