Rashaad started his career as a generalist, moving into a specialist space of Learning and Talent for 15 years before returning to a generalist role within Human Resources. He is now the Head of People and Office Management for BB2 Trading as Nomo Fintech. Nomo is offered under the banking license of BLME (Bank of London and The Middle East Plc), an independent UK Sharia’a compliant bank and the largest Islamic bank in Europe.
