ResourceBank implements Avature for talent attraction effectiveness

-

ResourceBank, a leading Talent and HR Solutions organisation based in the UK, has selected and implemented Avature ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and Avature CRM for its RPO and Executive Search businesses. ResourceBank manages outsourced recruitment contracts for companies including Northgate Vehicle Hire, Magnet and World Duty Free Group, and has now completed the implementation of the Avature system on the Northgate contract.  The selection, specification and implementation of Avature have been managed by an internal ResourceBank project team led by Sarah Crocker, Client Solutions Director for ResourceBank.

Sarah commented

“We implemented the Avature system for our Northgate team in Q4 of 2014 and we have seen some immediate benefits in terms of candidate processing automation and efficiency.   Our team has been particularly excited by the system’s ability to integrate with mobile devices and social media platforms and have found immediate success with the automated SMS communication and tracking tool.”

ResourceBank evaluated a number of different ATS solutions over a period of several months before selecting Avature. Key selection criteria included configurability, the ability to integrate with social media and the ability to seamlessly leverage its advanced CRM solution for passive candidate engagement.

ResourceBank will roll-out the implementation of Avature to its Executive Search division during Q1 of 2015 and to the remainder of its RPO contract teams in Q2/3 2015.  Due to its customisability, ResourceBank will also be using Avature to deliver its exit interview service. Sarah Crocker added:

“Replacing our own ATS and implementing Avature has been a complicated project but made all the easier by the support of the Avature team.  We are really looking forward to rolling out Avature across the rest of the business and to enjoying the benefits that it will bring us and our customers.”

“Our London and Buenos Aires teams have worked closely with ResourceBank to deploy their innovative recruiting strategies and methodologies”, said Dimitri Boylan, founder and CEO of Avature, “and we are confident that the combination of CRM and ATS functionality on a single platform will empower them to achieve their automation and service delivery objectives.”

Are high salaries enough for the best talent?

It's becoming more and more common to hear the words "marketing" and "employer brand" being thrown around HR and recruitment teams. Against a tough economic backdrop employers have looked long and hard at their cost base with many workforces being trimmed to the minimum. If most FD's had their way employers would be left with a very few, incredibly talented and equally overworked employees!
