Insurance, investment and retirement group LV= has launched its new employer brand and careers website, in response to the changing recruitment environment.

Designed to bring to life the company’s mission of ‘humanising insurance’ the new careers website allows LV= to showcase its EVP and connect in a different way with candidates. Built from a candidate perspective it is much simpler and more intuitive to use when searching for current and future opportunities. Candidates are then connected directly to the relevant recruitment team for each specialism; so they know who they dealing with while gaining a greater understanding about working at LV=.

Kevin Hough, Head of Resourcing at LV= commented: “The world of recruitment is changing. Gone are the days where companies could get away with a ‘post and pray’ approach.  We want to actively manage candidate communities and engage them across all of our digital channels to attract the best talent.  We’re already active on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor and Instagram and our new employer brand and careers website is an essential part of our talent acquisition proposition.”

You can take a look at the new website here: www.jobs.lv.com
