Workplace volunteering increases happiness for Millennials (infographic)

-

This infographic by Deloitte seeks to show that Millennials look favourably on a company that is involved in volunteering activities.

Now we all know that volunteering is a worthy cause and that we should all be doing it, so if we can see a real workplace benefit to getting our staff involved, then it becomes a win-win.

According to Deloitte, 93% of employees who volunteer are satisfied with their employer. I guess it goes without saying, that an employee who volunteers is an employee who is more engaged.

So is your company committed to the community?
