Amelia Brand is the Editor for HRreview. With a master’s degree in Legal and Political Theory, her particular interests within HR include employment law, DE&I, wellbeing within the workplace. Prior to working with HRreview, Amelia was Sub-Editor of a magazine, and Editor of the Environmental Justice Project at the University College London, writing and overseeing articles into UCL’s weekly newsletter. Her previous academic work has focused on philosophy, politics and law, with a special focus on how artificial intelligence will feature in the future.

Sion has just started his 25th year at the University of Greenwich as a Senior Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Psychology where he leads on the delivery of sport & exercise psychology on undergraduate programmes as well as leading the Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology module on the BPS Accredited Masters programme in Sport & Exercise Psychology. Accredited as a BASES Sport Psychologist in 2001, he has worked with athletes and teams in over 50 different disciplines ranging from Dressage to Cage Fighters. He is currently contracted as the sport psychologist at Kent County Cricket Club, sport psychologist for the PDPA, leads a team of three sport psychology practitioners at Crystal Palace FC, and works directly with the leadership team of senior players and coaches at Harlequins RFC.

Gareth is a proven operator with a passion for People and Technology. As Chief Technology Officer at Thomas, he continues to use his extensive experience in using progressive product strategies to architect/design new technology solutions in assessing and understanding human potential and making the world of work a fairer place. During his career, Gareth has worked across strategy, product, growth, investment and operations.

He is also a passionate writer, speaker and commentator on the future of work, culture and leadership, diversity and technology.
