Sion has just started his 25th year at the University of Greenwich as a Senior Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Psychology where he leads on the delivery of sport & exercise psychology on undergraduate programmes as well as leading the Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology module on the BPS Accredited Masters programme in Sport & Exercise Psychology. Accredited as a BASES Sport Psychologist in 2001, he has worked with athletes and teams in over 50 different disciplines ranging from Dressage to Cage Fighters. He is currently contracted as the sport psychologist at Kent County Cricket Club, sport psychologist for the PDPA, leads a team of three sport psychology practitioners at Crystal Palace FC, and works directly with the leadership team of senior players and coaches at Harlequins RFC.
