Teresa Boughey

Teresa Boughey is Founder and CEO of award-winning Jungle HR, a human resources consultancy specializing in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She holds an MA degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). Boughey is recognized for her work supporting women in business across all levels, from C-suite executives to aspiring female managers. She is also Founder of Inclusion 247 and serves as a Non-Executive Director. A TEDx speaker and published author on Amazon, Boughey has contributed thought leadership to major HR publications including HRreview and LinkedIn Pulse.
