Rob Bravo

Rob Bravo is Head of Coaching EMEA at Talking Talent, a talent development and coaching organisation based in London. With more than 30 years of professional experience, Bravo brings extensive expertise in organisational development, executive coaching, and workplace wellbeing. He began his career in the Lloyds of London insurance market before transitioning into talent coaching and development. At Talking Talent, he leads coaching initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and has established himself as a thought leader on workplace wellbeing practices that extend beyond superficial initiatives. Bravo has delivered research on contemporary workplace challenges, including a notable study on fathers in the workplace, challenging conventional approaches to employee wellbeing and advocating for programmes that address substantive employee needs.
