Professor Sir Cary Cooper, CBE, is the 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at ALLIANCE Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. A distinguished organizational psychologist, he specializes in occupational stress, workplace well-being, and organizational psychology. Cooper holds a B.S. and MBA from UCLA and a Ph.D. from the University of Leeds, UK.

Throughout his career, Cooper has established himself as a leading expert on workplace stress and employee well-being.
