Debora Marras is project co-ordinator at business change consultancy Entec Si.

'Upon graduating with a technical diploma in Industrial Electronics and Telecommunications, I embarked upon a career in Project Management for IT, retail and not-for-profit organisations in Italy and New Zealand. Working in a variety of sectors provided me with transferable skills, including flexibility, problem solving skills and effective communication. I joined Entec Si in a Project Coordinator role in late 2017. I was attracted by the company culture, their professionalism, attention to client needs and the diverse range of projects. My long-term career goal is to move into a Project Manager role and I am currently studying towards my Prince2 Practitioner qualification.'
