As Chief AI Officer at Dayforce, David has a passion for driving customer value through the transformation of data from operational usage through the development of AI within Dayforce products. David’s accountabilities include Dayforce's Data & AI products as well as governance in those disciplines.
In the past 18 years, he served as CEO building companies that used AI and data to create amazing customer experiences. Over the course of his career, these companies have been recognized for numerous accomplishments, including best-in-class culture, diversity with Great Places to Work designations, Deloitte’s Fast 50, and top NPS rankings in G2Crowd, Gartner and Forrester.
David’s initial post-secondary education was in computer science followed by an M.B.A. from Queen’s University and a never-ending education path since.
