Chris has 20 years’ experience in the software and services sector, 18 of which have been HCM focused. He joined Symatrix in 2008 and has held various sales and operational positions including Head of Managed Services and Sales Director before becoming Managing Director in 2018.

Prior to Symatrix Chris managed a sales team at Snowdrop Systems, led an award winning team of customer support sales executives at Hewlett Packard and was part of the Cap Gemini team responsible for the smooth transition of services during the British Steel IT outsourcing project.
