Carol Verner is a Chartered FCIPD HR professional with expertise in designing and leading training programmes at scale, with particular focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). She partners across HR, Payroll, Organisational Development, Digital and Finance functions to produce ESR and EDI materials, audit maps, and assurance artefacts. Her work includes developing Train-the-Trainer programmes and implementing inclusion initiatives. Verner has been recognised for her contributions to diversity and inclusion, co-chairing BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) networks and winning awards for inclusion work within her organisation. She is an active commentator on HR practice and has written on topics including LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality initiatives.
