Bright Horizons - UK parental leave benchmark
Parental Leave and Family Support Benchmark UK 2023 – free whitepaper

Every two years, Bright Horizons survey the landscape of parental leave policy and practice.

This year, over 500 organisations responded. The resulting benchmark aims to answer the question, ‘What does good look like?’

The data has been presented in an at-a-glance format, so organisations can easily see which benefits, policies and provisions are the baseline for parental leave support, and which ones will give them a competitive edge.

This year, we have also looked beyond the parent transition into provisions for ongoing parents and for carers of adult dependants.

Complete the form below to discover what excellent employer support for new parents and families looks like and see where your organisation stands in our league table of parental leave policies.
