Can a performance process be satisfying, meaningful and worthwhile for everyone in your organisation? A thoughtfully designed performance management process is necessary to retain and motivate high performers.

Join Culture Amp’s Senior People Scientist, Naren Vijayaragavan as he explores how you can improve your performance management design and put the individual at the heart of the process.
