-

The National Skills Academy for Financial Services has launched the Professional Manager Development Programme, a new qualification which has been designed to provide senior managers in the financial services industry with leadership skills to cope with challenges in today’s demanding business environment.

The Professional Manager Development Programme is aimed at team leaders and managers who have wide responsibility in their organisations and who wish to build on their existing management skills. This programme can lead to an internationally recognised qualification and is a great platform for an MBA.

Developed using a variety of learning techniques; face to face tutorials, e-learning resources, peer action learning sets and written assignments managers will be able to develop their soft skills alongside their technical knowledge. The flexible and innovative nature of the programme enables learning in a time efficient and productive manner.

Sylvia Perrins, CEO, National Skills Academy for Financial Services, said: “The NSAFS Professional Manager Development Programme is a vital component for businesses who are seeking to grow their talent and build professionalism among their staff. The financial services industry is facing unprecedented change and consistent, high quality training is invaluable in enabling people to equip managers to cope with the current changes and challenges.”
