Chris Rhodes, Chief Nursing Officer, Fit for Work
Chris has spent over 20 years delivering and managing occupational services across a wide client base that includes the gas industry, rail, construction, NHS services and media. She developed a keen interest in tropical disease working with the BBC and their Natural History Unit. Prior to working in the occupational health sector, Chris spent time working in the Falkland Islands as a ward sister in trauma and general medicine as well as working as a UK-based practice nurse. She has worked with Fit for Work assembling and managing a large multi-disciplinary team of health professionals to deliver the Fit for Work service, since October 2014. |

Jo currently leads a team at PwC focusing on innovation in digital, analytics and insight for the People & Organisation practice. She is passionate about technology and the ways that digital solutions can impact employee health and wellbeing and in turn business performance. Jo has over 25 years’ of experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and has led a variety of transformational change and strategic review programmes across industry. For over 15 years, Jo has worked as an Associate Lecturer for the Open University Business School teaching management and is the author of two books focusing on using personal energy for high achievement. She was also the first female fast-jet pilot in the Royal Air Force and has a real interest in what drives high performance. |

Kate is an experienced health professional who has worked within the Health and Wellbeing arena for over 15 years. Kate set up Centres of Excellence for Physiotherapy within Swindon and Cirencester. It was through the clinic corporate contracts that she realised Health and Wellbeing, within the workplace, needed an injection of care and strategic planning. Kate is passionate about delivering excellence and care through strategic analysis to assist businesses understand the costs, causes and impacts of presenteeism and absenteeism. In 2014 The Markland Consultancy was formed to help businesses understand how the poor health and wellbeing of their employees impacts their bottom line and crucially, how to measure and implement targeted interventions to ensure ROI and VOI. |
