Mike Malaure, Director Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
Mike brings his extensive international general management and corporate development experience to the CMI, with a proven track record of developing people and growing businesses from small / medium businesses to international Mike began his career in investment banking advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, business sales and IPOs. Mike has served as Non-Executive Director for a number of technology companies. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Securities & Investment Institute (FCSI), Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and Chartered Management Institute (FCMI). Mike holds an MBA and MA in International Marketing from Brunel University. Also CF from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |

Simon Drinkwater, Group Leadership and Development Manager, AXA UK Simon has worked in HR for nearly 20 years, across many sectors, in large corporates and smaller SME’s, most notably for Lloyds Banking Group, PWC, The Number UK (118118), and most recently, Ludlow Street Healthcare where he was Head of HR and Training.Simon joined AXA four years ago, initially joining their Wealth Management business helping it drive through considerable organisational change where raising capability was a key priority. For the last year and a half he has been leading the AXA UK leadership and development agenda. Key to this is linking in with AXA globally as the company looks to transform itself to meet its longer term vision and goals.Simon also leads on performance management and plays a leading role looking at the employee side of the digital agenda within AXA, particularly how to “take HR mobile”. |

Jane Sunley, CEO, Purple Cubed Following a successful corporate career, Jane spent a number of years as Managing Director of a specialist recruitment company, which she co-founded. Having realised that if someone could help companies to become a great place to work, there wouldn’t be such a crisis over ‘the talent war’. In September 2001, she formed learnpurple which, in line with expansion, rebranded as Purple Cubed, early in 2013.Jane is a published, best-selling author having written ‘Purple your People: the secrets to inspired, happy, more profitable people’ (Crimson) in 2001, following up with ‘It’s Never OK to Kiss The Interviewer – and other secrets to surviving, thriving and high-fiving at work’ (LID) in 2013. In 2014 she was chosen from over 1600 authors to contribute to ’20/20 – 20 great lists by 20 outstanding business thinkers’. Jane’s writing is practical and common sense with stories and examples that clearly show how various tools and techniques can be applied to achieve results.In addition to running Purple Cubed, Jane is a non-executive director and has been instrumental in the success of several high profile employment projects. Peter Sewell, Regional Director, Crown World Mobility Peter is Crown World Mobility Regional Director. Peter is responsible for overseeing client programmes and service delivery, implementing group policies, working closely with expatriate tax and other suppliers. He is also in charge of reviewing existing local practices and leading project reviews with customers.In his previous role as Head of Global Mobility for Tesco, Peter spent six years developing and implementing mobility policies and practices. During this time he created an off shore global employment company in the Far East. Previous to this he spent a further six years at Deloitte and was responsible for managing the expatriate services in consulting and outsourcing. |

Claire Molin, Senior Manager Organisation Development & Design, Visa Europe Claire joined Visa Europe in 2011 and is a senior manager in Visa Europe’s organisational development and design team.Claire has responsibility for talent and leadership development, Visa Europe’s coaching and mentoring strategy as well as employee engagement across the organisation. Claire has previously worked in organisational development, talent and learning roles for companies including Morgan Stanley, Lloyds Banking Group, Tata Global Beverages and The Walt Disney Company. |

Daryl Maitland, Senior HR Manager, Cafcass Daryl is the Senior HR Manager at Cafcass, responsible for reward, engagement and health and wellbeing across the organisation. Since starting at Cafcass in 2007, he has helped transform the organisation from cutting edge to on the edge, culminating in it being assessed as ‘‘Good with Outstanding‘‘ leadership in a 2014 Ofsted inspection.His contribution to the HR service has helped ensure it is business-focused and strategically aligned to the business.The approach Cafcass has taken to health and wellbeing was recognised by Ofsted as outstanding, and the work Daryl has pioneered in his current role helped Cafcass win ‘Best Healthcare and Wellbeing Benefits’ at the 2014 Employee Benefits Award. Prior to Cafcass, Daryl worked at Aldi Supermarkets.He is a passionate Newcastle United fan and has a keen interest in cycling. |

Steven’s career to date has included working on entrepreneurship for the UK government and international development with the UN before focusing on corporate leadership, building on his own experience as a leadership team member. As a director of Ideas Unlimited for 14 years, Steven’s clients have included John Lewis, Tesco, Camelot, RBS, Sky, PepisCo, Unilever, ATS-Euromaster, BT, EY, NHS, RWE-npower, Standard Life and Wolff-Olins. This work centres on Steven advising and partnering with these major organisations at the most senior level, to develop innovative approaches to leadership and organisational development challenges – particularly through times of tough and turbulent change and renewal. In addition, Steven is committed to continuously developing his own knowledge around the psychology of work and leadership, and has recently completed the Tavistock Institute’s prestigious one-year programme for those working with Dynamics at Board Level. |

She has responsibility for driving the UK & European strategy around both talent acquisition and development including recruitment, talent and potential, management and leadership development, learning and development, executive coaching, leadership team effectiveness and graduate programmes.Rebecca has worked across the finance, gas and engineering plus government sectors in the UK, Australia, South Africa and Europe in the organisational development space. Her work at BOC won a national award for best strengths based approach in leadership team effectiveness and featured in an article in Coaching at work. |
