MOVE Guides have announced the Talent Mobility Cloud, the first ever cloud-based application for the £50 billion global relocation and talent management industry.

The Talent Mobility Cloud is a transformational HR technology that brings together companies, vendors and MOVE Advocates to support all types of mobile employees – new hire transitions, employee relocations and assignments. The application comes with their sophisticated global vendor and payment capabilities, spanning 100+ locations and currencies.

By 2025, 75% of the global workforce will be Millennials and 80% of Millennials want to work abroad (PwC).  According to research by Deloitte, 75% of companies expect to increase their population of mobile employees in the next 3-5 years, yet just 2% of companies currently consider their global mobility function world class. This is because there is currently no leading cloud technology solution in the market, which is why organizations need the Talent Mobility Cloud more than ever.

Using the MOVE Guides’ cloud-based solution, HR can manage all types of employee mobility from one central location, providing a dramatically improved employee experience and millions of dollars in cost savings to companies. The technology is excellent for the ‘on the move’, tech dependent employee and for the complex global organization – available 24/7 on web, mobile and tablet.

Brynne Herbert, CEO and founder of MOVE Guides, stated: “The Talent Mobility Cloud addresses major shifts in the global mobility marketplace: globalization and increasing compliance complexity, cloud computing for HR and new demographics of employees. Our vision is for a secure and intuitive open system that integrates with other parts of the enterprise – from HCM systems to file storage – and provides the flexibility in policies, functions and user permissions that our multinational clients and their employees need.”

Growing mobility programs like SurveyMonkey and multinational listed companies like lululemon are already benefiting from the unique technology and services provided by MOVE Guides. Working across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, MOVE Guides partners with many clients that span professional services, manufacturing, finance, retail, food and beverage, and much more.

“We are thrilled by the positive feedback from clients and the excitement they have around this new global mobility solution,” added Herbert. “The Talent Mobility Cloud delivers a tailored global mobility program with a great employee experience. This new cloud-based application is the future of global mobility, providing our clients with the technology and data support they need to grow their mobility program in line with their business objectives.”

This year, MOVE Guides was also recognized in Startup.co.uk’s “Top 100 new UK businesses,” and shortlisted for two Americas Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs), the “Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility” and “Relocation Management Company of the Year” categories.  MOVE Guides’ founder, Herbert was recognized by Women 2.0 as a “Founder to Watch in London” and was shortlisted by Re:Locate Magazine as “Relocation Personality of the Year.
