And despite the current economic uncertainty, it is undeniable that the traditional balance between employee and employer has shifted. The effects of such disruptive, seismic events are still being felt today — and will continue to be felt for many years to come.
In Spring of 2020, the phrase “new normal” became ubiquitous. But, chances are you’ve experienced and adapted to several new normals already. Now it’s time to focus on not just what’s new, but what’s next.
