This paper is the result of a joint research project between Fosway Group and GO1 into the realities of digital learning content strategies in organisations today. The purpose of the research is to stimulate debate in L&D teams and across organisations around how we can deliver more effective learning, at a greater scale and speed, and ways this will generate more business value.
As a part of our research process, we surveyed learning professionals across a variety of industries, predominately in Europe, about their experience of digital learning content strategies.This was supplemented with conversations and public debates with leading learning practitioners to provide additional insight and reflections.
