  • You’ve been known to be very outspoken about the need for a redefinition of “good performance”. Tell us more about what you mean.
  • In your first book, Talent Liberation, you introduced a new performance management framework. Can you briefly talk us through the 4 elements of the DIRC model?
  • What differences or commonalities have you found between workplace challenges and workplace culture in South Africa versus the UK?
