Dr Luke Treglown is Senior Manager of Data Science at Thomas. The Data Science team’s primary focus is on applying data science and data engineering solutions to improving our product experience, empowering customer experience, and to building accurate, accessible, and actionable data insights for the wider business.
Luke also has a background in Personality and Social Psychology, publishing articles and books on a range of applied topics, including leadership, derailment, teams & social dynamic, organisational culture, diversity and inclusion, burnout, and organisational justice.
Guest Expert: Sarah Mason, Former CPO, Foxtons
Sarah is the former Chief People Officer at Foxtons. Her background covers a wide range of HR roles focused on improving the performance of organisations through good people practices. This includes roles in L&D, recruitment, organisational design, change management and HR leadership to ensure businesses have the people, structure and results they need.
Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is an active member of the HR community, including acting as a mentor in the CIPD’s programme for Aspiring HRDs. Alongside her HR background, Sarah has a focus on Business Psychology and takes an evidence-based approach in her work. She has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology and has previously been a Board Member of the Association of Business Psychology.
