Steph is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, where she assists clients in collecting, understanding, and acting on employee feedback through the use of technology. She has a background in Organisational Psychology attaining her MSc from The University of Manchester. With a consultancy background, she has gained a wealth of experience across several industries, specifically in workforce development and neurodiversity.
