Thomas International is among the top 20 companies in the country to work for, according to a listing released today by Glassdoor, the world’s largest job site, and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
The league table, Leadership and culture at work: the CMI/Glassdoor top 20, was created from analysis of reviews on the job site by current and former employees. Thomas, which provides people assessment tools to companies large and small, including many of the world’s leading organisations, was chosen as one of the best companies in the UK for its employee culture, beating over 700,000 other businesses that were included in the evaluation. To date, 110 employees have positively reviewed Thomas on the Glassdoor website.

Thomas is a unique company, full of opportunities and challenges for anyone who wishes to take them. We promote a positive work culture inside the office, but also host many social events for employees that build relationships and team morale. To be included in the final report, organisations needed to have at least 50 culture and 50 management ratings on their Glassdoor profile and score at least 4.1 out of 5 for both.
