NorthgateArinso unveils euHReka 11

-

NorthgateArinso (NGA) announced the latest release of its award-winning cloud-based HR services platform euHReka OnDemand. The improvements available in euHReka 11 underline the platform’s position as the market’s most complete and global HR Business Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) platform.

Eric Delafortrie, VP Enterprise Platform Strategy & Design, said: “euHReka 11 has been built from the ground up as an integrated cloud-based HR services platform, enabling BPaaS and BPO deployment, featuring a deep integration between HR process functionality and robust global service delivery capabilities. As a result, euHReka customers don’t have to choose between software or service: they can mix and match, and select from a continuum of options depending on their degree of self-reliance in individual locations.”

With its latest release, euHReka expands its payroll coverage to 111 countries across the globe. This enables multinational corporations to administer, reward and pay their global workforce via a single platform which is globally SOC1 compliant and features in-depth reporting capabilities. Version 11 establishes euHReka as the only HR services platform in the market combining deep localisation across 111 countries with broad process functionality across workforce administration, payroll, and talent management.

euHReka 11 introduces innovative release management features allowing companies to decide when to upgrade to the latest version of the platform. This means companies can balance the desire to benefit from innovation with business needs by choosing the best time to activate the newest release, all within a 12 month window.

euHReka 11 also introduces a functionally rich reporting and analytics ‘kit’. euHReka users can now access up to 200 default HR KPIs and workforce reports that can be viewed in widgets and dashboards.

euHReka 11 also announces the commitment to support the multi-platform standard HTML5 for mobile devices. By embracing HTML5, euHReka offers end-users the freedom of choice with regards to their smartphone or tablet, and it increases user experience when interacting with euHReka.

In this context, euHReka 11 also comes with an optimised user interface enabling euHReka users to customise the personal interface settings. Besides configurable screen real estate, scrolling navigation bars and expandable content screens, euHReka 11 also boosts the interface performance resulting in a faster user experience.

This release is part of NGA’s semi-annual enhancement to the euHReka OnDemand platform and exemplifies NGA’s commitment to driving standardization and controls into the automation of HR processes through BPaaS and platform-based BPO.
