professionals200Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions and Bersin by Deloitte, a leading provider of research-based membership programs in human resources (HR), talent and learning, today announced their Talent Management: Unleashed event, being held 18 June at Deloitte MCS Limited in London.

At the event, Cornerstone and Bersin by Deloitte will unveil a new model of integrated talent management designed to help HR professionals effectively address the most pressing challenges they face today, such as addressing skills gaps, providing new career pathways for employees and engaging younger workers.

“We’re delighted to co-host this event with Bersin by Deloitte,” said Mike Baker, Regional Vice President of Client Success for Cornerstone OnDemand. “Many organisations today are evolving their talent management strategies to meet the needs of today’s business, but many more still need to get up-to-date. It is our hope that these discussions will help companies to highlight areas for change, in particular, adapting to global and local shifts, evolving how we nurture leadership, and how to make the most of big data.”

The event will feature sessions from Josh Bersin, Principal of Bersin by Deloitte, Mike Baker, Regional Vice President of Client Success for Cornerstone OnDemand, and Jason Corsello, Cornerstone OnDemand’s Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Marketing, all discussing contemporary issues in integrated talent management and sharing insight into how HR professionals can adapt to add more value to their organisations.

“HR departments often struggle to keep one eye on the horizon, tracking new developments in the industry, whilst also staying in touch with the real needs of their organisation,” said Josh Bersin, founder of Bersin and Associates, now known as Bersin by Deloitte. “Modern practices have changed at lightning speed in recent years, and it is our aim to provide HR professionals with an overview of the High-Impact HR research which provides a new model for how HR departments can operate to better support their organisations.”
