How to train employees to handle social media (infographic)

This useful infographic by Mindflash carries some great pointers on how to get your employees positively representing the company on social media.

Although probably the best information to come out of this infographic is to separate your workforce into different training groups, based on their knowledge and experience of social media.

For example, Digital Natives and Savvy Technologists will have a completely different set of training requirements than The Digital Newbie or The Reluctant User.
