CIPD release report on integrating talent management and diversity

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) have published the report ‘Opening up talent for business success: integrating talent management and diversity’.

This report explores the extent to which employers are integrating talent management, and what can be learnt from those that do. It is aimed at talent management and diversity professionals and all those who take a keen interest in recruiting and developing the best people for their organisation.

Commentary includes recommendations for action which are designed as questions to prompt how organisations approach talent management and diversity and identify the gaps they need to address to improve effectiveness.
