- Cultures have opened up in terms of discussing family life at work; yet many still feel these conversations will impact career progression.
- Parents are needing and using more childcare than 18 months ago, due to office returns and hybrid working.
- However, over half of these parents occasionally or regularly manage without formal care due to lack of available or affordable quality care.
