What will be the top 10 most important work skills in 2020?

What will the top 10 most important work skills be in 2020? It is only nearly five years away after all so we may as well be prepared for it.

According to this infographic by Top 10 Online Colleges there will be six main drivers of change. Drivers include ‘extreme longevity’ and ‘the rise of smart machines and systems’. And if that all sounds like something from a sci-fi movie you are probably right.

To cope with these change drivers, new skills will have to emerge such as ‘Sense Making’, ‘Social Intelligence’ and ‘Cognitive Load Management’. Still sounds like something from a sci-fi movie to me but what is apparent, is that the world, technologically, is changing faster than ever before and we will all need to try and keep up!
