What is the Format?
Remote live learning. The course takes place live at a specific time, with booked attendees participating remotely. The course is not pre-recorded and cannot be watched ‘on demand’ at a later date. Participation is essential!

With over 30 years of experience in the energy industry ranging from technical, operational and commercial roles to senior HR roles within DE&I, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Talent, Susan has a unique insight into DE&I within corporate environments and can draw on this experience to successfully engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical and commercial teams to executive leaders and boards. Susan has received both individual and company DE&I awards and is well placed to support organisations at any stage of their DE&I journey.
Susan utilises her industry experience, her ICF certified coaching skills and CPD approved Menopause training capabilities. She is a Henpicked Licensed Trainer and a CPD approved Menopause Coach, offering menopause education and support for individuals, groups and employers.

The course is designed with inclusion in mind and recognises that menopause is experienced and supported differently across the world. Whilst it is not possible to describe the international differences in full – the course follow up information and resources include international links.
