AMS recruited as E.ON’s recruitment communications agency

-

One of the UK’s leading power and gas companies, employing more than 15,000 people in the UK and 88,000 worldwide, has appointed Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) as its UK employer brand and resourcing communications agency.

AMS has been awarded the contract following a thorough tender process which began in 2010 and included several of the top agencies in the employer branding and recruitment communications industry.

The contract will see AMS provide E.ON with employer brand, creative and recruitment advertising services. From the outset, AMS will work closely with E.ON’s communications agencies to create an innovative and consistent brand experience across the employer lifecycle.

Yvonne Foster, Head of Resourcing at E.ON said, “We are delighted to announce that AMS has been selected as our resourcing communications partner. We carried out a rigorous tender process which helped us ensure we work with a like-minded organisation. As a metrics-driven organisation we were impressed by AMS’s approach to employer branding and recruitment communications and their aim to deliver innovative, yet measurable, solutions.”
