Red Letter Days for Business launch new charity giving option

-

Red Letter Days for Business, the incentive and reward experts from Red Letter Days, is leading the way with an industry first by signing a charity to its popular incentive voucher, Lifestyle.

Lifestyle enables employees and customers to be rewarded with a voucher that they can redeem with top UK retailers, cinemas, entertainment brands, on a holiday, and at dining and pub venues. From today users will now be able to donate their voucher to the charity, Willow, founded by former Arsenal goalkeeper and TV presenter Bob Wilson, to offer unforgettable days out for seriously ill young adults.

A further three retailers have also launched onto the incentive voucher today alongside Willow, these include Zalando, Sports Direct and National Garden Gift Voucher.

“Lifestyle has continued to go from strength to strength since launch and so far this year over 150,000 vouchers have already been redeemed – that’s a 40% increase on last year. It’s proving to be a popular choice for companies looking to recognise hard-working employees or engage new and existing customers.

“Lifestyle is currently the most inclusive incentive solution on the market due to the vast range of brands working with us. I’m thrilled to be able to say we are the first in the industry to enable staff and customers to use their voucher to give money to a charity. I’m sure this will be a popular choice.”

David White, CEO at Willow, says:

“We are very grateful to Red Letter Days for Business for all their support over the years and we are delighted to be the first charity to benefit from the Lifestyle Voucher scheme.  Willow relies on the generosity of individuals, trusts and companies to provide Special Days for young adults who are suffering from life-threatening illnesses. For some their Special Day is the opportunity to return some normality to their lives. For others it is the last chance to fulfil a dream. But for all, it is a life-affirming experience that can lift spirits, reunify families and be a source of strength when it’s needed most.”
