Infographic: The weekly work routine of the HR elite

Ever wondered how the leading HR professionals spend their time at work? According to totaljobs the majority (21.8%) of HR professionals time during the week is spent meeting with senior staff and business partners, followed by employee relations and engagement (15.3%) and meeting with employees (13.6%).

The results also found that a third of the HR elite’s time is spent entirely in meetings.

The top three tasks performed by HR professionals also take up ten times the amount of time that is needed for the low priority tasks, which are on-boarding and instructions (1.1%), redundancy management (1.5%), and personnel management (2.6%).

The infographic below, provided by totaljobs, looks at some of the biggest companies and how time is spent on different HR tasks dependent upon job level.
