TARGETjobs breaks student database records

-

It’s always been our focus to attract more registrations from students at the leading universities and by the end of November we will have welcomed another 70,000 students to targetjobs.co.uk. This means that over 65 per cent of final years and over half of all students at the top 30 universities in the UK are happy to receive jobs, courses and advice by email from us.

And it’s not just at the top universities where usage of targetjobs.co.uk is rising. Using the latest HESA data to calculate student numbers, over 55 per cent of final years at ALL universities are now on the TARGETjobs database waiting to be contacted.

As always, TARGETjobs has been very active on campus over the crucial Autumn Fairs season and this constant and consistent campus presence has certainly helped in acquiring record numbers of registered students. A dedicated team of full-time staff has been on the road for the past ten weeks attending events at the top 30 universities across the country including: 29 Fresher Fairs, 68 Careers Fairs and 42 Sector Careers Fairs.

By increasing the size and the quality of our database through fair attendance, campus brand managers and our partnerships with student websites and career services, TARGETjobs is able to deliver better response and to offer more tailored ways to put recruiters in touch with their targeted students.
