MidlandHR wins luxury car HR, payroll and talent contract

-

MidlandHR today announced its recent contract win with Harwoods Group, a luxury car dealership across the south of England that represents brands including Aston Martin, Bentley, Audi, Land Rover and Jaguar. The company is set to roll out MidlandHR’s cloud-based iTrent solution to support HR, payroll and talent management across the business. The new system will be delivered across dealerships to over 800 employees in 14 locations.

As part of the rollout, Harwoods Group will benefit from a single, fully integrated solution for HR and payroll, as well as modules including absence management, recruitment, and performance management.

“A smooth implementation and the ability to access one, integrated HR and payroll system were key factors in the decision to switch to MidlandHR,” said Paul Suter, Finance Director at Harwoods Group. “We were impressed by iTrent’s reporting capabilities and the flexibility it provides us to build our own workflows and improve operational efficiency – we also foresee major benefits from the system’s seamless integration with our pensions provider.”
