Leading Edge, the provider of bespoke, creative solutions for individuals, teams and organisations, announces the appointment of Tracey West to Director of Client Relationships.

Tracey, who previously held the position of Head of Retail for Cath Kidson, says “I’m very excited about my role as Director of Client Relationships.  It’s all about creating and maintaining great relationships with Leading Edge’s diverse current and future clients and partners. This new role for the business gives us the opportunity to connect likeminded HR leaders, business leaders and thought leaders – be they individuals or organisations.”

Tracey has 25 years’ experience within the service and HR sector. An expert in developing both individuals and large teams, Tracey’s career in the service sector included time with Starbucks, Thorntons, Asda and Adams childrenswear. After a number of years’ experience as an Area Manager, Tracey launched her own coaching practice and worked in partnership with Leading Edge in diverse industries including engineering, education and retail.

Patrick Marr, founder of Leading Edge comments on the appointment; “Tracey will be playing a key role within the Leading Edge business.  Her natural curiosity and infectious thirst for learning will support great partnerships with our clients, by sharing best practice from our experience and helping explore creative solutions that bring return on investment. We look forward to introducing Tracey to our varied international client base.”

Tracey adds ‘It’s great to be able to rejoin Leading Edge at this stage in their business journey. I think my straight forward and simple approach will enable us to cut through the complexity of business today, recognise opportunities to identify and retain talent, and better engage with teams to future proof the organisation.”

Some of the key clients Leading Edge works with include Mars, Jaguar Land Rover, Halfords, B&Q, NHS trusts, Arco and Wagamamas. For further information on Leading Edge, visit http://www.leading-edge.co.uk/home
