Today Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings 2010 have ranked hyphen – the recruitment process outsourcer (RPO) as second in the ‘Mid Market /On Demand Leaders’ category of the HRO.

The annual Baker’s Dozen is a ranking of the world’s major recruitment process outsourcing firms, based on a survey of 600 HR executives and compiled by HRO Today, the industry’s leading authority on recruitment process outsourcing. The executives rated 50 firms on the breadth of service, size of the programmes they manage and the quality of service provided.

Neil Jones, Managing Director of hyphen, commented: “Gaining this sort of recognition for the second year running is a major achievement for hyphen. We operate in an incredibly competitive market, which demands companies find new ways in which to excel and differentiate themselves. Coming second in our category is recognition of the importance we place on the quality of service and levels of innovation we provide to our clients.”
