Hemsley Fraser celebrates 15 new contract wins

Learning & development specialist Hemsley Fraser, which is this year celebrating its 21st anniversary, today announced that it has won 15 major contracts with leading organisations in the first quarter of 2012.

Founded in 1991, Hemsley Fraser provides managed learning services, in-company and customised learning programmes, consulting services and open training courses. It delivers learning in 50 countries and it works with 36 percent of ‘Fortune Global 500’ companies, including BAE Systems, Barclays, E.ON and Unilever. Since 2008, it has been part of the Demos Group, a global provider of learning and development.

“Reaching the venerable age of 21 provides an opportunity to reflect on our core values, our new business wins and the recognition we’ve achieved in the market,” said Todd Turner, Chief Executive Officer of Hemsley Fraser. “As part of the investment we’re making in our future, we’re creating new client-focused roles that will enable us to continue to deliver world class learning and people solutions that meet the increasingly complex and strategic requirements of our clients.”

In the first quarter of 2012, Hemsley Fraser has landed 13 major contracts to provide customised learning programmes for leading organisations on issues such as leadership and communications, diversity, virtual working and HR business partnership.

The company has also won two major contracts to provide managed learning services for international organisations. “We’ve strengthened our position as one of the UK’s leading providers of managed learning,” said Todd Turner. “Our approach enables us to deliver cost savings while improving the overall quality and impact of the learning.”

Following a significant refurbishment of its central London training centre, Hemsley Fraser has also revised and refreshed its open course portfolio. The company provides 250 open training courses in subjects such as leadership, management, personal effectiveness, project management, sales and service. “We’ve created an even more engaging and inspirational experience for participants,” said Todd Turner.
