Winners of the inaugural UK Employee Experience Awards have been announced during a celebratory lunch at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Holborn, London on Friday 27 March.
The awards have been introduces to recognise and celebrate organisations and their employee-focused initiatives and strategies that have had a positive impact on the organisation, whilst being able to demonstrate the return on investment.
The winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of industry practitioners. During the morning, finalists in each of the categories presented their entries to the judges. Winners were then announced during a celebratory lunch in the afternoon.
The overall winner of the UK Employee Experience Awards was Nationwide Building Society for their entry into the learning and development category, but there were eleven different awards handed out in total specific to sector or HR discipline, with the next best in each category also recognised with a silver award.

The UK Employee Experience Awards are owned by Awards International and run in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine, Spectrum Insight and Cranfield University School of Management, with Barnardo’s as the charity partner.
