New speakers announced for the Talent Management and Leadership Development Summit 2013

Symposium Events is in the process of finalising the speaker line-up for the Talent Management and Leadership Development Summit 2013, taking place on the 22nd October 2013 in London.

New speakers have been confirmed this week:

  • Christoph Williams, Senior Manager Talent and Performance, Sony UK and Ireland.  Sony has been doing some innovative work in leadership development linking this in with line manager performance management.
  • Ed Griffin, Group HRD, Chime Sports Marketing.  Ed will be presenting on global talent mobility.
  • Kevan Sproul, HR Director, Sita; whose presentation title will be ‘talent today gone tomorrow’ and will look at how future talent will look very different and will need a different skill set to today’s talent.
