Symposium announce new training partnership

Symposium have announced their latest training agreement this week. Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust have appointed the leading HR conference, training and consultancy provider to deliver their popular ‘Getting to grips with HR business partnering’ course in-house to their team of HRBP’s.

The course will focus on developing an action plan to build credibility, maintaining effective relationships and transforming the business partner role. It will discuss the latest thinking on the developing role of business partners, explore the vital relationship with line managers and focus on key areas where they can impact positively on performance.
