There are some 15 varied short-courses for all aspects of L&D and the five role-based TAP Diplomas can lead to a Foundation Degree in L&D practice awarded by Chester University. More than 160 TAP Partner organisations have a policy that all training be to TAP standards, including Rolls Royce, Barclays, University of Oxford, AXA, Lombard, Admiral Insurance, AVIVA, Ministry of Justice, various councils, police forces and more than 30 NHS Trusts (for the full list visit www.tap-training.com).

TAP is almost evangelically supported: there are more than 1,000 testimonials on www.tap-training.com. The 2009 TAP Survey Report (accessible from www.trainingfoundation.com) had 724 respondents from 379 organisations, all of whom had attended a TAP course in 2008. One of the ten remarkable results was this: On a scale of 0-10, how likely is it that you would recommend the TAP Learning System to others? A: 9.64

The MAP Leadership System (Motivation And Performance) is a unique leadership programme for managers, focused on building the skills to improve engagement and performance. Our distinctive approach to employee engagement is set out in the The Rules of Engagement white paper.

Although we are passionate in our belief that people are the key differentiator for any business today, we are not tree-huggers: everything we do is designed, developed and delivered with performance improvement in mind. Making a difference is our key driver and we seek to do that, not only by our two flagship TAP and MAP services, but also by being thought-leaders in our two focus areas; L&D and employee engagement.
