Personal Group reveal new brand image

Employee benefits and financial services provider Personal Group has unveils its new brand image to the HR community. Representing the value they place on their people, their clients and their customers, the new logo combines the modern developments of the company with its traditional values.

Alison Kidgell, Group Marketing Director at Personal Group said, “The new brand statement “For your benefit” sums up what Personal Group is all about: people. The “personal” aspect of any business cannot be underestimated and the organisation is proud to be personal.

“Our strength is our people and we are always looking at new ways to improve our relationship with staff. At the beginning of this year we undertook an employee engagement survey to evaluate what we do well and where we have progress to make.”

The survey showed the company is rated highly by its staff in an area tagged “My Company”, focusing on loving working for the company, being proud to work there and people feeling they can make a difference.

“Whilst the survey results were fantastic, we recognise there are areas to improve and plan to use the feedback to make positive changes.” Alison continues. “Over the next year, the company will focus on identifying what personal growth is about, what it entails and what it means, to ensure staff have valuable experience for the future.”

Alison says, “The industry is changing constantly and as we have grown and adapted over the past few years we felt now was the time for a new brand image which reflects our growth. To deliver our vision to be the provider of choice in employee benefits and financial services we are evolving to stay relevant to our clients and customers.”
