PageGroup awarded most socially engaged recruiter on LinkedIn

-

PageGroup has been awarded ‘World’s Most Socially Engaged Recruitment Agency’ on LinkedIn.

Receiving first place globally in the award that recognises the top socially engaged companies in the recruitment industry, PageGroup scored highly on Content Marketing, Social Reach, Social Engagement and Social Recruiting for all activity on the LinkedIn platform.

Commenting on the research, Melissa Furze, Senior Insights Manager at LinkedIn EMEA, said,

“It’s great to see that UK recruitment agencies are leading the way when it comes to social engagement. With PageGroup on top of the list this year amongst more than 24,000 recruitment agencies in the UK alone, job-seekers have a wealth of options when looking for a new role. This means that the effective use of social media to engage and attract candidates, as well as new business leads, can be a huge advantage to recruiters looking to stand out from the crowd in this competitive environment.’’

To determine the rankings, LinkedIn analysed thousands of data points for more than 60,000 Search and Staffing companies, between September 1st 2016 and August 31st 2017. The analysis took into account social reach, employee engagement, employment brand and the content marketing power of search and staffing firms on LinkedIn.

PageGroup Group Marketing Director, Eamon Collins, said:

“We are delighted to have reclaimed the title of LinkedIn’s Most Socially Engaged Recruiter. The award reflects the commitment by everyone at PageGroup to continually strengthen relationships with our customers, whether clients or candidates.”

“Our strategy is to deliver ‘seriously useful’ content through a personalised approach to communication with clients and candidates, and to ensure our consultants have the content they need to build their own personal brands on social.  This recognition from LinkedIn is very welcome and we will continue to ensure that good quality sharable content is right at the heart of our approach”,
