Monster Government Solutions UK announce strategic collaboration with Jobtrain Solutions

Monster Government Solutions (MGS UK) is announcing a new collaboration with Jobtrain Solutions to bring flexible, intuitive and leading edge applicant tracking systems to the Government and Social Enterprise sectors.

Monster Government Solutions recently completed an extensive review of applicant tracking software providers in the UK and selected Jobtrain Solutions based on its usability, flexibility, service, innovation and successful track record of winning and delivering solutions in the Public and Social Enterprise sectors.

The new collaboration will see Monster Government Solutions integrate Jobtrain Solutions’ applicant tracking software and implementation services as a core element of its new ‘Monster Managed Service’ solution for clients across the UK Public and Social Enterprise sectors.

The new Monster ‘Managed Service’ includes a wrap of modular services which are available within a complete ‘end to end’ recruitment package, or in isolation within a modular ‘step by step’ approach to support an organisations more gradual adoption of an e-recruitment strategy. Specifically designed for organisations in the public sector, the Managed Service includes Monster Reach, utilising the full scale of Monster’s candidate attraction delivery expertise; Monster Manage, providing the ATS platform to process, filter and manage candidate application volumes; Monster Consultancy, the outsourced shortlisting and resourcing extension to your HR / Recruitment Team; and finally Monster Support, the externally manned Helpdesk Centre to support all the inbound candidate enquiry volumes.
