Expansion at Engage signals surge in demand for employee engagement

-

Full service employee engagement consultancy Engage has seen an influx of new recruits after a surge in demand for its services.

The London-headquartered company specialises in providing employee engagement solutions that deliver measurable business performance. Its end-to-end offer spans measurement, leadership, communications and social business and collaboration.

In recent weeks, Engage’s employee base has expanded by 25% in order to meet new and existing client demands.

CEO Dr Andy Brown said: “As the UK dips in and out of a global economic recession, the world in which companies operate is becoming much more complex. This has meant organisations are turning to tailored measures of engagement to create business stability and growth in the uncertain times ahead.”

Senior appointments at Engage include Paul Blunden, former CEO at customer experience consultancy Foviance, who will be responsible for leading the growth of the consultancy.

Ian Barrow, a previous consultant from Hay Group, has joined the Research & Analytics team as senior consultant, where he will help both current and future UK clients to develop customised research solutions on a wide range of HR issues.

Other senior appointments include Emily Oliver from CreateTV and Erin Rowsome, former consultant at Great Place to Work. Jessica Robertson, formerly at Geronimo, joins to head up the digital delivery team along with a new digital producer, Fahad Shiltagh.
