Euphoric Global Ltd, an AI-first full-stack employee benefits platform, has announced a series of milestones following its spin-out from Peppy Health in May 2025. The company, which was originally incubated within Peppy, aims to improve the way employee benefits are delivered and managed for both employers and employees.
Euphoric became an independent company in mid-May, allowing it to focus fully on its stated mission of making benefits more accessible and effective. Since gaining independence, the business has moved quickly to establish strategic partnerships that expand its reach and capabilities.
The company confirmed two new collaborations designed to enhance its AI-powered platform and broaden its presence within the global benefits market.
Strategic alliances with global benefits providers
Euphoric has started working with Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) on a joint initiative that combines MMB’s established benefits management expertise with Euphoric’s AI-based analytics and personalisation technology. The collaboration aims to support multinational clients with evolving workforce needs through enhanced data-driven benefits solutions.

In addition, Euphoric has secured a formal partnership with Generali Employee Benefits (GEB). Through this arrangement, Euphoric will deliver its platform across GEB’s global client base, offering HR teams and employees access to its Global Analytics Platform.
The partnerships reflect a growing trend of HR technology providers integrating AI solutions to help organisations manage benefits more efficiently and align them with employee expectations.
CEO speaks of growth following independence
Max Landry, CEO of Euphoric Global, said the spin-out from Peppy Health had allowed the company to accelerate its progress and focus on transforming the employee benefits sector.
He said, “We spun out of Peppy with a belief that AI could fix what’s broken in benefits. Now, just under two months in, we’re collaborating with global leaders to do exactly that.”
The announcement follows a period of increasing demand for digital solutions in HR and employee benefits, particularly those that enable greater personalisation and flexibility. Euphoric’s AI-first platform is designed to offer employers enhanced insight into benefits usage and employee engagement while simplifying administration.
